Night has fallen upon Pine Valley. At the Chandler Mansion, Stuart and Marian break away from holding hands.
BROOKE: Marian, don’t do this.
MARIAN: Brooke, I can’t go through with this.
BROOKE: Marian…
STUART: What are you talking about?
MARIAN: Stuart, this morning I saw something horrific.
STUART: Honey, you can tell me. What is it?
MARIAN: After I had gotten ready for the wedding, there was some time for Brooke and I to have to ourselves. (sobs) I decided to read the newspaper. As I flipped to the local news section, there was this headline that read “Deadly Car Crash Kills 3”. I looked to see who it was, and the first person I saw was Scott. Stuart, Scott died in that car accident. That is why he isn’t here today.
STUART: Oh my god. Oh my god. Not my boy. Not my precious son!
HAYLEY: (going to Stuart) Uncle Stuart, I am so sorry.
STUART: Oh my god. What do I do?
---
At Krystal’s Diner, Katrina walks out with a to go cup of coffee. She then bumps into Zach, and almost spills coffee on him.
KATRINA: Oh my gosh. I am so sorry.
ZACH: Oh, no, don’t be. I am sorry. I should have looked.
KATRINA: Wait a second.
ZACH: What?
KATRINA: Zach Slater.
ZACH: Yeah, that’s me.
KATRINA: Oh my lord. It has been ages since I last saw you.
---
At Opal’s Home, Opal walks to the door, as the doorbell rings.
OPAL: Coming!
She opens the door.
OPAL: Can I help you?
DIANE: Yes, you can. Hey mom. Miss me?
---
---
At Ryan and Greenlee’s Apartment, Greenlee comes down the steps. She goes into the living room. Gillian is sitting on the couch drinking a glass of wine.
GILLIAN: Greenlee, if you plan on doing battle, I am not in the mood.
GREENLEE: Me neither. I don’t feel like calling you a homewrecking whore tonight. So, I’ll take a break from it.
GILLIAN: Yay. So excited.
Ryan comes down the steps.
RYAN: Hey. Shower is all fixed.
GREENLEE: Thanks, honey. Did Emma say when she would be home?
GILLIAN: Oh, I texted her. She said eleven.
GREENLEE: You texted her?
GILLIAN: Well actually she texted me. She wanted to know what time we are getting our nails done, tomorrow.
GREENLEE: You are getting your nails done? Whatever happened to this whole I’m-so-scared-of-Hayward thing?
RYAN: Did you not hear the news?
GREENLEE: What news?
RYAN: David and I had a little chat through texting one another. He decided to drop his whole Gillian thing.
GREENLEE: Did he now?
RYAN: Yes.
GREENLEE: Ryan, for weeks now Gillian has been so scared that David might find her. Now, David drops this whole thing. And, she made it seem way more important than just a couple of text messages.
GILLIAN: What are you saying, Greenlee?
GREENLEE: I’m not saying anything. I’m asking something.
GILLIAN: What are you asking?
GREENLEE: Did you make this whole fear of David up?

Back at the Chandler Mansion, Stuart walks into his room. Hayley enters after him.
HAYLEY: Uncle Stuart, are you alright?
STUART: Scott is dead. My only son is dead. No, I’m not alright.
HAYLEY: I’m here for you.
STUART: You are here on vacation. You shouldn’t have to be dealing with this. You should be downstairs. We should all be downstairs watching Marian and I get married.
HAYLEY: Listen, I was waiting to reveal this at the reception. Obviously, you could use the pick me up, right now.
STUART: What is this pick me up?
HAYLEY: We are moving back. Lorenzo, Matteo, and I. We bought a home of our own, and we are moving in. PV Movers are there right now.
STUART: Come here.
Hayley and Stuart hug.
STUART: Thank you. Thank you.
IN MARIAN’S ROOM:
Marian and Brooke enter.
BROOKE: Marian, this has crushed everyone. This has ruined the wedding. Why did you do this? Why couldn’t you let this happen?
MARIAN: Are you blaming me Brooke? Are you blaming me for Scott’s death?
BROOKE: That is not what i said.
MARIAN: You didn’t have to say it. The look upon your face said it all.
BROOKE: Marian, you are not responsible for Scott’s death.
MARIAN: Then, why are you biting my head off? Do you think I don’t want this marriage? Stuart is my everything. My one true love. But, he needed to know.
BROOKE: You should have waited.
MARIAN: Forgive me for wanting to get married without any secrets surrounding our union. I wanted us to get married without a tragedy tied up around us.
BROOKE: Marian, I feel for you. I do. However, I wish you would have thought of other people, before yourself tonight.
Brooke walks out. Marian sits on the bed, and lightly sobs.
DOWNSTAIRS:
Adam, Matteo, and Lorenzo are standing.
ANNOUNCER: The role of Lorenzo Hector Santos is now being played by, Michael Trevino.
LORENZO: Grandpa, you alright?
ADAM: I’m okay. I just wanted this wedding to happen.
MATTEO: I think we all did, Adan.
ADAM: For once I wanted something to go right for this family. We have endured so many ups and downs. It only seemed fair for tonight to be a night of Chandler happiness.
LORENZO: We will get there someday. I know it.
ADAM: But, how long do we have to wait?
MATTEO: That seems to be the million dollar question.
ADAM: Yes, yes it does.

Back at Ryan and Greenlee’s Apartment, Gillian finishes off her glass of wine, and stands up. She sets the glass down on the table.
GILLIAN: Greenlee, that is absolutely ludicrous.
GREENLEE: So is you coming back from the dead. So is David constructing you a new heart. However, it all happened.
RYAN: Greenlee, don’t start this.
GREENLEE: You don’t want me to start anything? Gillian has started everything.
GILLIAN: What is that suppose to mean?
GREENLEE: It means that I was grieving my child! Ryan and I were in the stages of grief from losing our child in the way we did. But, that all had to stop. That is because you came along. If you didn’t come along, then Ryan and I would be fine.
RYAN: Greenlee, stop this.
GREENLEE: No! I am done! I am done! I have had it! I am done with the having to act nice for your “princess” Ryan.
RYAN: Greenlee…
GREENLEE: Stop trying to calm me down!
GILLIAN: It’s okay. If you wanna throw down Greenlee, then I am right here.
Greenlee is held back by Ryan.
RYAN: Nothing is going to happen.
Greenlee manages to break free. She grabs her purse and keys.
RYAN: Where are you going?
GREENLEE: I need a change of scenery.
Greenlee walks out, slamming the door.
---
At Opal’s Home, Opal and Diane step into the living room.
OPAL: I never expected to see you, Diane. You look great.
DIANE: Thanks. You do too. Then again, I haven’t seen you since I was one week old.
OPAL: What brings you by?
DIANE: I wanted to see my mother.
OPAL: Really?
DIANE: Yes. It is time we had a talk. A real face to face conversation.
---
Back at Krystal’s Diner, Katrina sets her coffee on the outside table.
KATRINA: I can’t believe you are actually right in front of me.
ZACH: I can’t believe I didn’t realize it before. Katrina, what are you doing here?
KATRINA: Well, I live here now.
ZACH: Do you?
KATRINA: I do.
ZACH: K…
KATRINA: Listen, you don’t have to threaten me, or any of that macho man stuff. I will continue to keep your secret Zachary. Now, I have to go. I have to get layouts ready for tomorrow morning’s edition of the cazzette.
Katrina smiles, and walks off. Zach is worried about his mysterious secret.
